The apprenticeship is completed – what comes next?
Just a few months ago, he was still an apprentice. Today, he is already working as a qualified professional.
“The first few months after completing my apprenticeship were a big adjustment. Suddenly, you’re responsible for your own work, you work more independently, and you’re entrusted with your own tasks and projects.”
His daily work now includes maintenance and servicing tasks, troubleshooting electrical systems, modifying power distribution units, and updating electrical schematics.
What he particularly appreciates is the variety that electrical engineering offers. New technologies, components, and software solutions ensure that there is always something new to learn.
“I knew early on that electrical engineering was exactly the right field for me. The constant development and innovation are what make the job so exciting.”
A great example that learning doesn’t end with an apprenticeship – in many ways, that’s when it truly begins.
