Welcome to the Team – Starting an Apprenticeship at besecke

This week marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for two young professionals as they start their apprenticeships at besecke.

The first day at a new company is always special – new faces, new tasks, and plenty of new impressions. That’s why we dedicate time to making the start as personal and welcoming as possible. During our onboarding day, our new apprentices had the opportunity to get to know the company, meet their colleagues, and learn more about our values and the way we work. Team-building activities and a shared lunch created the perfect setting for open conversations and a relaxed first day.

As we welcome only a small number of apprentices each year, we are able to provide close and individual support. Short communication channels, a collaborative working environment, and our mentoring system ensure that every apprentice has experienced colleagues to turn to from day one – both for technical guidance and everyday questions.

After their introduction, our new apprentices have now started working in our pre-assembly department, where they are gaining their first practical experience and building the foundations for their future careers.

For us, an apprenticeship is about much more than learning technical skills. It is about growing together, taking on responsibility, and developing both professionally and personally.

We are delighted to welcome our two new apprentices to the besecke team and wish them a successful start. We look forward to accompanying them on their journey over the coming years.
