New Year Gathering at besecke
Last week, we had the opportunity to catch up on our Christmas celebration and at the same time establish a new tradition. Going forward, we plan to continue this occasion as our New Year Gathering.
The evening was opened by the management team with a short address, reflecting on the development of recent years and sharing an outlook for 2026. It was an informal moment to pause together and look ahead.
Afterwards, the focus shifted to conversation and exchange. A seasonal kale-based dinner was served and was very well received by the team. In a relaxed atmosphere, colleagues enjoyed a small get-together and took the time to let the evening come to a close together.
These gatherings give us the opportunity to connect beyond day-to-day work and to reflect on our shared path as a team.
