How do companies attract qualified technical professionals today? One important approach: direct personal interaction.
At this year’s recruiting speed dating event at BFE Oldenburg, two of our colleagues represented besecke and spoke with master students specializing in automation technology and systems electronics.
The short conversations focused on career opportunities, exciting projects, and everyday working life at besecke. It quickly became clear how valuable authentic insights and personal exchange are for both sides.
BFE Oldenburg is one of the established training and continuing education centers for technical professions and master-level qualifications in electrical engineering and automation.
For us, events like these are an important opportunity to connect with future professionals at an early stage and introduce them to the diverse career paths and project environments at besecke.
